Spinach Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz pkgs frozen spinach — thawed, chopped
  • 1 medium onions – chopped
  • 1 clove garlic – minced
  • 1/2 cup butter – melted
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese – grated
  • 5 eggs – beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2  tablespoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Drain spinach and squeeze in handfuls to remove as much moisture as
    possible. Place in large bowl. Sauté onion and garlic in butter, and stir
    into spinach. Add remaining ingredients, stir, and let stand for 15 minutes
