- 2 slices White Bread
- 2 tsp Salted Butter
- 2 Tbsp Original Pizza Sauce
- ¼ cup Pizza Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- Lightly butter both sides of the bread. Spread 1 Tbsp (15 mL) pizza sauce on each slice. Top with shredded mozzarella; sandwich both halves together.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium. Fry sandwich 2-3 minutes, flip then cook 1-2 minutes longer or until golden and crispy.
