Lobster Bisque Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked lobster
  • 2 tbsp. sherry
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Cook onion in margarine until tender.  Add milk and cream cheese.
  2. Cook stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.  Add remaining  ingredients.
  3. Heat and serve.
